My Vision:
To Grow and Prosper
It is a great
honour to serve the Henderson Optimist Club as
President. I have been around this club for most of my life and have seen
the many wonderful things that the club does to help the youth of our
community.
This club is one
of the most dedicated groups of men and women that I have had the pleasure
to be involved with. The passion with which our members go about serving
youth is inspiring. From our Christmas Tree sales to our Read and Win
program, everyone who gets involved truly believes that our children are our
future.
My vision for our
club this year is to grow and prosper so that we may be able to help
children in a more broad way. With more Optimists comes more Optimism. I
will do my best to help our club grow in quality members and in Optimism.
I am excited
about the year and the challenges that come with the President’s position.
My pledge is that I will try to make myself available to anyone who needs me
for help and guidance, and to lend my views of Optimism whenever needed.
