Instructions:

The first person underlined in the MEMBERS' column is the Lead Person - responsible for reminding everyone, getting the money, securing the pizza, opening the concession stand

Money and keys are at Sears

We need to open the concession stand 15 minutes prior to the TIME listed on the schedule

Order the pizza about 2 hours ahead of picking them up - Dominions 438-2727 - tell them it is for Optimist concessions

Pay for the pizza out of the money bag and put the receipt in the money bag.

I suggest ordering the following:

Close up after halftime of the last game

Please return the money bag with the keys to SEARS the day after the game.

Please give the custodian at Northern Vance his pizza and drink - he has promised to "take care of us" with the concession room - whatever that means.
