Basketball Concessions Schedule

Instructions for Operating the Concession Stand

If you cannot work as scheduled, please find someone to take your place.

Bold: “Person in Charge”

“Person in Charge” is responsible to contact and remind each member scheduled to work and make necessary assignments like ordering and picking up pizzas, getting and returning money bag, getting ice from the ice machine at Northern Vance.

Open concession stand by 5:15 pm.

Three (3) games each night: JV (4:30), Girls (6:00), Varsity (7:30)

Money Bag

Pick up from Sears return to Sears the next morning.

Supplies - IMPORTANT

Please check the supplies (candy, drinks, plates, napkins, etc.) before closing the concession stand and if supplies are needed, please put a note in the money bag indicating the “remaining” number of the particular item(s).

Pizzas

( ) = Number of Pizzas to order for the game (next to “person in charge’s name”)

Call Dominos by 3:00 PM the afternoon of the game and order the pizzas

Take money out of the money bag to pay for the pizzas

Put pizza purchase receipt in the money bag
