Northern Vance FOOTBALL Concession: 2010

Once again we will divide the Optimist Roster in half to try to limit the number of games scheduled to be worked. We encourage all our members and spouses/guests, who can, to attend all games to ensure great customer service. Inactive members are more than welcome to join us! Optimist shirts would be nice to show who we are.

There are five (5) scheduled home games this year. Since there are five (5) home games, some members have been assigned to work three (3) games and some members have been assigned to work two (2) games. We hope that some of the Group 2 members will volunteer to help with one of the Group 1 games. If you cannot work your assignment PLEASE FIND A SUBSTITUTE.

All games begin at 7:30. Please be at concession stands by 6:00 pm.

Northern Vance Soccer Concession Schedule: Fall 2010:

The soccer concession schedule for Men’s soccer is listed below. The first person listed for the assignment is responsible for contacting your co-worker as a reminder, as well as picking up the money bag/keys from Jon Dorsey’s office. Also, pick up a bag or two of ice. Pay for these from the money bag and put the receipt in the bag. Return the money bag to Jon’s office the next day.

The supplies needed will be in the concession stand and ready to go. Game start times are listed, try to be at the stand 30 minutes early to get set up and open before game time. If you find that you can’t work as scheduled, please arrange for your replacement.
