Basketball Concessions Schedule
Instructions for Operating the Concession Stand
- Bold: “Person in Charge”
- “Person in Charge” is responsible to
contact and remind each member scheduled to work and make necessary
assignments like ordering and picking up pizzas, getting and returning
money bag, checking supplies.
- Open concession stand by 5:15 pm.
- Three (3) games each night: JV (4:30), Girls
(6:00), Varsity (7:30)
- Money Bag and Supplies
- Pick up from YMCA or Sears and return money to
same location the next morning (see below).
- Special Note: Sodas will be served in cans
– no ice or cups needed.
- Supplies -
IMPORTANT
- “Person in charge” is to check the supplies
(candy, drinks, plates, napkins, etc.) before closing the concession
stand and if supplies are needed, please put a note in the money bag
indicating the “remaining” number of the particular item(s).
- Pizzas
- ( # ) = Number of Pizzas to order for the
game (next to “person in charge’s name”)
- Call Dominos by 3:00 PM the afternoon of
the game and order the pizzas
- Take money out of the money bag to pay for the
pizzas
- Put pizza purchase receipt in the money bag

If you cannot work as scheduled, please
find someone to take your place.
